Live Nation sued for negligence in alleged sexual assault of minor at Tinley Park concert

The lawsuit alleges Live Nation failed to uphold its security duties during the July, 2025 concert because the assault happened in an area that was meant to be closed off. Additionally, the suit alleges the venue failed to ensure that alcohol would not be provided to or consumed by minors.
