Chicago man charged with DUI in fatal crash that killed Wheaton man on Eisenhower Expressway

Jose F. Perez Marin, 21, faces three charges of felony aggravated DUI with enhancements because a person was killed and because he didn’t have a valid license at the time of the accident, police said.
