‘Broadview 6’ judge orders feds to closed-door hearing over grand jury transcripts, just days before trial

It's unclear what prompted Wednesday's order from U.S. District Judge April Perry, but it seems like bad news for prosecutors. The feds are set to take four protesters to trial Tuesday for forcibly impeding a federal agent outside of an immigration processing facility.
