Red, Purple and Brown Line trains stopped after fire on tracks at Belmont station

Firefighters responded to a call at 7:12 p.m. about a fire on the northbound Brown Line tracks at the Belmont station, according to a Chicago Fire Department official. All passengers were cleared off the train and no injuries were reported.
