Family of Tilden high honor roll student killed while walking to school left 'devastated'

Pedro Ramirez, 17, a junior at Tilden had just left his home in Back of the Yards when he was gunned down Tuesday morning in the 5000 block of South Throop Street, police and relatives said. Two other men in a nearby SUV were also shot.
