Man charged in death of 2-year-old boy who fatally shot himself in Pullman

Johnny Hughes, 31, was charged with child endangerment resulting in death, possession of a firearm as a repeat felon, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon and unlawful use of a weapon, Chicago police said.
